Booking Appointments

We appreciate your decision to choose Sunset Primary Care for your family’s medical needs. To simplify the process of making an appointment, we’ve enabled both online and telephonic booking systems. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment or anticipate a delay, we kindly request you to notify us as soon as possible.

Billing and Insurance Policies

Please note that Sunset Primary Care does not accept insurance or insurance plans. Instead, we offer a “fee for service” model at discounted rates. To facilitate you in seeking reimbursement, we are able to provide a detailed bill that you can submit to your insurance company. We commit to maintaining transparency about your bill – you will be informed of the cost before the service is rendered and at each subsequent step.

Payment Methods

We welcome payments via cash or credit cards, but do not accept checks. Full payment for the service is due at the time of the appointment. For more details, kindly consult our Financial Coordinator.

Facilities and Equipment

At Sunset Primary Care, we house various testing facilities for your convenience. These include labs for urinalysis, strep throat, mono, and flu tests, as well as facilities for EKGs, finger sticks, injections, and immunizations.
