Membership Does Not Replace Health Insurance
Sunset Primary Care does not bill private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Membership covers the primary care services listed in your plan, but it does not replace insurance for emergencies, hospital care, specialist treatment, advanced imaging, or certain outside testing.
We encourage patients with health coverage to keep it for services outside the clinic.
When appropriate, we can provide a superbill that lists the services you received. You may submit it to your insurance carrier, but reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.
