At Sunset Primary Care, our commitment is to offer the highest standard of medical care that is both cost-effective and of premium quality. Our discounted self-pay rates provide an average saving of 40%, and we accept all major credit cards for convenience.

Insurance Policy

While we do not directly accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, we strongly encourage patients with existing coverage to maintain it. To facilitate insurance reimbursement, we will provide a ‘superbill’ detailing services received that you can submit to your insurance carrier. Bear in mind, some specialized tests, hospital services, and medical specialist consultations may require insurance coverage.

Membership Plans

1. Basic Membership: $60 per month (Controlled substances not included). For a second adult member in the same household, the base price is discounted by $10.

2. Advanced Membership: $85 per month (Includes patients with controlled substances, pain management, ADHD)

Membership benefits include:

• Annual physical with basic labs (CBC, CMP, Lipids)
• Discounted in-house labs
• Unlimited doctor appointments throughout the year at no additional cost
• Same or next-day priority appointments
• As-needed electronic visits
• Medication refills and disease management
• Direct email communication with your provider

Corporate Membership Plans

Understanding that time is money, we offer Corporate Memberships designed to cater to both small businesses and large corporations. Our Corporate Memberships prioritize employee health, ensuring rapid return to work—often within a lunch hour.

• Small business (up to 5 employees): $300 per month
• Medium business (up to 10 employees): $600 per month
• Large business (10-20 employees): $1200 per month *For larger companies, please contact us for custom services and fees
